Step 1: Selecting Premium Natural Materials
Our process begins with carefully sourced bamboo and rattan from Vietnam. Only mature, high-quality materials are selected to ensure strength, flexibility, and long-lasting performance.
Each piece is inspected for texture, durability, and appearance before entering production.
Step 2: Natural Preservation Treatment
To improve durability and resistance to moisture, insects, and mold, bamboo and rattan undergo traditional treatment methods, including cleaning, boiling, and controlled drying.
This process enhances the material's strength while preserving its natural beauty.
Step 3: Creating woven rattan and bamboo fibers
The selected materials are cleaned, processed, and split into uniform strips or strands. This preparation ensures consistency and allows our artisans to create precise weaving patterns and elegant lamp designs.
Step 4: Hand-Weaving the Lampshade
This is where craftsmanship truly comes to life.
Using traditional weaving techniques, skilled artisans carefully weave bamboo or rattan around the frame, creating distinctive textures and patterns. Every lampshade is individually handcrafted, making each piece unique.
Step 5: Finishing & Quality Inspection
After weaving, each lamp undergoes a thorough finishing process, including cleaning, protective treatment, electrical assembly, and quality testing.
Every product is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our standards for craftsmanship, safety, and durability before being shipped to its new home.
