Order Processing Time

All products are carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before shipment.

Estimated processing times:

  • Standard orders: 5–7 business days
  • Large or custom orders: up to 7 business days or longer

Our products are crafted in traditional Vietnamese artisan workshops and may ship from fulfillment centers located in Vietnam, China, the United Kingdom, or the United States, depending on inventory availability and destination. This helps us reduce delivery times and shipping costs for our customers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Free Shipping Policy

  • Orders over $400 USD: Free worldwide shipping
  • Orders under $400 USD: Shipping fee capped at $22.95 USD

Any active free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Express Shipping

We also offer expedited shipping via carriers such as DHL or FedEx for faster delivery.

Additional shipping charges apply. If you would like to arrange express shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
